For a listing of Stone rabies tag distributors
Stone manufactures and sells rabies tags through it's distributors that participate in our rabies tag program. While other manufacturers charge extra for set-up, fasteners, and handling, we include these in the price of our tags. Our distributors pay a set price for the tags (which includes o-rings or s-hooks) and the actual UPS freight charge. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Before the 2002 rabies tag season, we at Stone Manufacturing vowed to improve our service to our distributors and to their veterinary customers. We achieved, and in some areas exceeded, our promised improvements. We are committed to the same excellent service for this rabies tag season:
Added customer service staff
All orders are stamped with an "in
date" and a "due out date". Aluminum tags orders are
shipped within 7-10 working days from the date Stone receives the order from our
distributor. Stainless Steel orders are shipped within 10 working days from
receipt of order.
Continued use of the industry's leading
aluminum alloy and superior grade stainless steel in rabies tags. Improved
coloration on the aluminum stock.
Consistent uniform typeface due to
purchase of all new type.
Dynamic new packaging consisting
of a
sturdy inner shipping carton with a strong and durable master outer shipping
carton. Each inner carton hold 500 sequentially numbers tags with the
master carton holding up to 6 inner cartons. This new packaging has
significantly reduced loss and damage in shipping.
Continuation of Stone Manufacturing's
policy of never charging extra for rings, hooks, set-up or handling.
New internet ordering system for
distributors. Gets your customer's order to the production floor even
faster.
