COMPUTERIZED FORMS :
These forms can only be filled in on a computer. When you fill out the form for a customer, remember to save the form with a new name. This is very important. Otherwise you will write over the form and lose the original format. Once you have filled in the form, e-mail it to your purchasing department by attaching it to your e-mail. Your purchasing department will then issue a purchase order number and e-mail the order to Stone. Do not e-mail these forms directly to Stone. Stone cannot accept forms that have not been processed through your purchasing department.

Right click on the form you want to download. A box will appear. Choose "Save Target As" or "Save File As". Save the form to your computer.
